In the case of recruitment, we will obtain the following personal data: full name, Citizen ID Number (CURP), Tax ID, gender, date and place of birth, nationality or nationalities, personal address, mobile and fixed telephone numbers, email address, as well as any other information you may provide us with during the onboarding process.
Pursuant to Article 68 of the Regulations on the Privacy Law and, in connection with Article 36 of the Privacy Law, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be transferred and treated, domestically or abroad, by third parties. Consequently, your information may be shared with persons with which Service Provider may have a professional or business relationship and/or goods and service providers as to allow such persons to endeavor in diverse activities or render services on behalf of Service Provider and/or you. Furthermore, you hereby give your express consent to any transfer of your personal data by Service Provider to third parties with which we have a professional or a business relationship, to their related parties, subsidiaries, vendors or clients. Service Provider further assures that such transfers will be carried out in terms of Articles 36 of the Privacy Law and 68 of its Regulations.

We have electronic support, as well as the administrative security and technical measures, to protect, safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of personal data and restrict access or disclosure to non-authorized parties. Our partners, associates, employees, representatives, subcontractors, consultants and/or third parties that may intervene in any part of the handling of the personal data shall keep them confidential, obligation that will survive even after the termination of our relationships with them.
